Service and Maintenance


Quadric Service and Maintenance Division has full time employees fully equipped to handle small or large maintenance work.

Employed in the Brisbane CBD or other locations, they travel from job to job performing:
  •    Building Repairs
  •    Office Alterations
  •    Paint & Plastering
  •    Glass Breakage Repairs
  •    Cabinets, Furniture & Equipment Repairs & Relocations
  •    Electrical & Plumbing Repairs & Alterations
We are a one-stop shop and can handle any requirements you have.

Our service and maintenance projects are tracked using custom designed software.  This ensures clients swift service and access to progress information on their works, while ensuring their information is kept private.  Our maintenance personnel are holders of security access authorisations at a range of private, government, defence force, airport, and federal police organizations.  


Works can be initated on:
  •    On-demand basis
  •    Under a term agreement
Generally works are "do & charge" up to any value you specify.  Any works over the specified value are quoted to you before commencement.
