Quadric sometimes performs projects in which it acts in the role of a construction manager on behalf on the client. This usually occurs on projects of particular complexity, or when the project is to be fast tracked such that the design documentation is still in stages of development.
This involvement of the builder at an early stage can create a range of benefits for the end user, including buildability, time savings, and better control of site activities. Quadric can act as a consultant independent to the pricing and perform all tendering direct to contractors. Or alternatively, we can merely facilitate the tendering of contractors, and submit a price for the building works also direct to the client. |
