This involvement of the builder at an early stage can create a range of benefits for the end user, including buildability, time savings, and better control of site activities.
Quadric can act as a consultant independent to the pricing and perform all tendering direct to contractors. Or alternatively, we can merely facilitate the tendering of contractors, and submit a price for the building works also direct to the client. |
