Although we are a privately owned enterprise, we have an open door policy with staff. We are committed to consultation and cooperation between management and employees, line managers, elected safety committee, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and independent experts, at regular intervals to achieve a consistent approach.  We acknowlege our people not as a resource but as the heart of the company and our goodwill.  We actively encourage their participation through consultation on decisions in their company.

We are a Federal Governement National Code Compliant contractor, and respect the rights of our workers to be or not to be in a union in accordance with the freedom of association legislative provisions.  We have had zero lost time due to industrial action in our 26 year history.

Quadric is a member of the Queensland Master Builders association and is diligent in sourcing up to date information on responsibilities regarding our staff and the public. 

The local and greater community also play a role in our decision making,  whether the issue is ensuring the health and ammenitiy of the public comming in contact with our construction sites, or our ensuring the local neighbours residing close to our factory operations are not adversely affected by our activies.
