Health & Safety

A pre-requisite to our companies operations, we have a duty of care to ensure all people who come into contact with our business activities are substantially free from the risk of illness or injury.   At Quadric we take this responsibility seriously, and have gone to great lengths to protect our staff, subcontractors, clients, visitors, and the public.  Our third party accredited AS4801 Safety Management System is our framework for setting policies, objectives, procedures, inspections, measurement, audits, and review.

All Quadric personnel undergo various levels safety training and induction as their job description warrants.  The collective ownership of maintaining Health & Safety is at the forefront of all such training and consulation.  Workers in the field are felt to have the greatest risk, and therefore are armed with the highest level of internal and external training.

Although our Health & Safety record has historically been of a very high standard, it is a core belief of Quadric Pty Ltd that "prevention is better than cure'.  We wish to minimise risk wherever practical, not only when economically viable.
